Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Regal Shine Solutions Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services, including residential, commercial, deep cleaning, post-construction, and move-in/move-out cleaning.

3. Booking & Payment

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept, e-transfer, cheques and credit cards. A deposit may be required for certain services.


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of total amount of service quote provided.


5. Liability & Damages

We take great care when cleaning, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.Clients must notify us of any fragile or high-value items before service.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

The service provider is committed to customer satisfaction. If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning service, they must notify the service provider within 24 hours to arrange for a recleaning at no additional charge.


7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
