Do you only clean luxury homes?
Our standards are tailored for luxury homes and fine residences, but we clean it all. Condos, family homes, businesses, and post-construction sites receive the same attention to detail across Hamilton, Ancaster, Burlington, Oakville, Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Thornbury, Meaford, Wasaga Beach, Barrie, and the surrounding communities.
How do you protect fine surfaces and delicate finishes?
Marble, granite, quartz, hardwood, stainless steel, glass, and fine fabrics each call for a different product, cloth, and pressure. Our technicians are trained to match the method to the material so your finishes stay pristine clean after clean — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. We bring everything — premium products, microfiber cloths, vacuums, mops, and specialty tools for every surface in your home. If you prefer we use specific items (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or your own preferred brand), let us know and we'll accommodate.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Every Regal Shine Solutions technician is a vetted, trained professional — not a gig worker. We select for trustworthiness and train each cleaner to our standards before they step into a client's home.
What standards do you hold yourselves to?
We go above and beyond what's expected. That means baseboards, light switches, doorframes, behind toilets, inside microwaves, and the corners that get skipped elsewhere. We don't cut corners — we clean them. Every home is approached with the same level of detail we would expect in our own.
What happens if something is missed during a cleaning?
Let us know and we'll return to make it right at no additional cost. If any area of your service doesn't meet expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean it.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes — every Regal Shine cleaning is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you're not delighted with the result, we'll return and re-clean the area in question. Your trust is the foundation of our business.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Regal Shine Solutions is fully insured and bonded, so your home and belongings are protected during every service. Documentation is available upon request.
Do you offer a discount for new clients?
Yes — new clients receive 10% off their first cleaning. It's our way of welcoming you to the Regal Shine experience and letting our work speak for itself.
